Wayne Bauschlicher

Mr. Wayne Bauschlicher, 89, of Corning, AR., passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR. Mr. Bauschlicher was born in Corning, AR., on February 22, 1932. He was a retired farmer. He had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed deer hunting and farming. He was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Corning, AR.

He married his wife of 53 years Joan (Ward) Bauschlicher on January 12, 1958. She preceded him on death on December 14, 2011.

He is survived by two sons Tim Bauschlicher and wife Shelia of Corning, AR., Steve Bauschlicher and wife Julie of Corning, AR.; one daughter Vicki and husband Mark Leonard of Corning, AR.; five grandchildren Marty (Ashley) Vallance, Danielle (Chris) Shourd, Beau (Krista) Bauschlicher, Katelyn Leonard, Abby Bauschlicher; three great-grandchildren Rex Shourd, Cannon Vallance, Anna Lee Shourd.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents Chris and Mary (Allmandinger) Bauschlicher; and brother Eugene Bauschlicher.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 20, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel, with Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM with Reverend Jon Bischof officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery.
