Weldon Anderson, Sr.

Reverend Weldon Paul Anderson, Sr., 72, of Senath, MO., formerly of Paragould, AR., passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Senath Nursing and Rehabilitation in Senath, MO. Mr. Anderson was born in Farmington, IL., on April 13, 1942. He was a minister and a salesman. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He was Pentecostal and a member of Seed of Faith Church in Paragould, AR.
He is survived by his ex-wife Anna Rose (Frost) Anderson of Paragould, AR.; three sons Marcus Anderson of Addington, IL., Weldon Anderson, Jr., of Paragould, AR., Ernie Anderson of Colorado; two daughters Shonna Thom of Loves Park, IL., Rachel Anderson of Muscatine, IA.; two brothers David Anderson, Roger Anderson; three sisters Ida Marie Record, Sue Ellen, Christal Beats; one step-daughter Terry Harris of Senath, MO.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Weldon Oliver and Thelma Marie (McCain) Anderson; his first wife Veda Anderson; two brothers Gene Anderson, Blair Anderson; and one step-son Charles Butler.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Richwoods Cemetery in Corning with Pastor Truman Wycoff officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM.
