Mrs. Winnis Richardson, 89, of Knobel and Corning, AR., passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Green Acres Nursing Home in Paragould, AR. Mrs. Richardson was born in Advance, MO., on November 5, 1922. She was retired from Basler Electric Company, she also worked many years for Johansen Shoe Factory. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Corning.
She married her husband Odell Richardson on November 12, 1938. He preceded her in death on March 10, 1987.
She is survived by daughter Anita Page of Paragould, AR.; son Jimmy Richardson of Nararre Beach, FL.; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents James Robert and Ona (Walker) Surlet; three sisters and one brother.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Corning Cemetery with Reverend Sunny Williams officiating.
